Payment: Your credit card will be charged prior to shipping your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Returns: In the event you receive damaged product, we will replace your order or issue a refund. If you wish to make a return, products must be returned unopened, unblemished and active (non-expired). All items should be packaged as shipped, in single SKU case. A shipping and restocking fee will be applied to each transaction. A 15% restocking fee is customary on distributor and retailer orders. Credit is issued upon return to the OXYwater™ warehouse. A returned merchandise authrization (RMA) will be issues for all returned items.

Cancellations: In the event of cancellation of an order the money will be returned to the customer immediately. Please allow 3 to 5 days for your bank to process the transaction. Cancelations can only be made prior to shipment of your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. (See Return Policy)

International orders cannot be shipped at this time. We can only ship to the Continental United States (48 states).

Turnaround: All orders will be processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. In the event of a delay, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
